If you would like to return something to us, simply send us an email to vasuwa@protonmail.com . Please briefly state the nature of your return—for example, whether it's an exchange, a complaint, or a return.

We will then send you a return link that you can use to create your return label.

Important:

The product must be unworn and have the original tag attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without the tag. Not torn!

Your order will usually be on its way to you within 4-5 days. We make every effort to meet this deadline. Of course, holidays occasionally occur, and this may vary slightly. Please email us at vasuwa@protonmail.com if your package hasn't arrived after 10 days.

You can return your order within 14 days. Please note that only items with the tags attached will be accepted for return, exchange, or exchange. Not ripped items!

You have a 14-day warranty on your product from the date you place your order. Any goods that arrive that do not meet the quality standards will be replaced within this period. Please contact us at vasuwa@protonmail.com and send us detailed descriptions and pictures so we can verify the condition. The warranty does not cover minor shrinkage during the first wash or damage caused by third parties or your own negligence after receipt.

Our VASUWA clothing is produced exclusively in Germany under fair conditions. Printing is handled by a partner printing company in Germany.

We primarily use high-quality, environmentally friendly materials such as organic cotton and recycled polyester. Depending on the color, our products may also contain small amounts of viscose or other fiber blends—for example, in mottled or darker shades like charcoal. This optimally combines comfort, durability, and sustainability.
